This new 15,500 SF Class A office space    includes a new corridor and new tenant office space, a large conference room with glass doors, modern sliding garage door and luxury vinyl flooring and beautiful wood beam accents in the reception space.

The ceilings consist of multiple cloud design and exposed ceilings. All walkways throughout the suite are polished concrete and their are multiple offices and open areas for a conducive work space.

NFC renovated this historic building in Downtown Chandler. Elliott’s Steakhouse kept its beautiful brick interior walls, added a brand new kitchen, bathrooms, bar and entry way.

The Rowena Theatre (now Elliott’s Steakhouse) was built in 1920 by the first elected mayor in Chandler, David Jacobson. Years later it was equipped to accommodate new talking movies. In 1932 it was bought by Joe and Alice Woods who ran it until it closed in 1955.

The project in Chandler, AZ includes demolition of the existing bar and is being transformed into a square bar, opening up the back wall for more space.

 New pavers were added throughout, new electrical, new fire sprinkler system, new finishes and a new custom steel gate.

 The patio at The Forum is available for large events, live music with state-of-the-art equipment and offers catering.

NFC created the second floor of Verde at Cooley Station for multiple tenant improvements. Desert Valley Pediatrics

started as an empty box. NFC put up steel framing, dry wall, insulation, AC, plumbing, electrical, flooring, paint and fixtures.

We also completed the lobby, hallway for a

second access point to the company, hallway bathrooms and elevator access. DV Peds has multiple exam rooms,  and three open floor spaces with equipment for therapy, a full kitchen with seating, T.V. and refrigerator.

 The front reception has a large glass window that leads to the front waiting area. It is setup for two check-ins and a back office area.

The Ombudsman is in a beautiful highrise in Downtown Phoenix. Noise had to be minimal as to not disrupt other tenants occupying the building. NFC had to had to coordinate with the owner and other tenants to keep everyone informed on day-to-day operations.

 The project included demolition, rework of electrical and mechanical, addition of new plumbing, new conference room millwork, new reception desk millwork and new breakroom millwork.

 New glass was added throughout, fresh paint, new flooring throughout and rework of the entire existing grid ceilings. Every employee office and conference room have wonderful views of Phoenix and the surrounding desert.

Lip Lab at The Scottsdale Quarter was such a fun space to create.

NFC framed and installed new doors.  Drywalled and textured the walls.  Opened up the walls and installed backing for the new shelves. Fresh paint throughout.

 Electrical was swapped out to all white outlets and switches. Large mirrors were installed on the back and side wall creating a spacious look and showing off all the product.

 The remodel included a remodel of the entire office space including five new offices that will be sublet out. New kitchen, new mill-work, new flooring, five new doors, new lighting and paint throughout.

 Glass was added to the reception area to add more natural light. Three new cloud ceilings were added in the open office area for a healthy working environment.

NFC has completed multiple renovations for Show It  at The Stearman Building. The renovation in Suite 105 boasts a modern design.

NFC recently renovated an office space to add some fun nightlife in Chandler, AZ.

 The project included demolition of walls and removal of glass partitions. Upgraded the kitchen and bar, added a stage and sound system for live music and D.J. NFC repaired and painted walls, upgraded flooring, added seating and different textures to the walls.
