This 352,082 SF new urban-design, mixed-use development includes 609 beds within 326 units in a variety of studio, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments. Each includes private bathrooms and bedrooms, full kitchen and washer/dryer. The project included an 8-story and 7-story tower. Amenities include two clubhouses, fitness facilities, WiFi, swimming pools, computer labs and a 5-story parking garage. One building offers 7,500 SF of retail space at the street level. This 575,000 new construction of wood frame garden-style apartment complex is located on a 20-acre-site in Gilbert. Included in the project are 22 two and three-story apartment buildings, as well as a 7,500 SF two-story clubhouse building with a fitness center, theater and restore-style swimming pool with indoor/outdoor cabanas. Parking is both covered and uncovered surface parking and solar panels will be installed on the buildings to provide energy to the complex.  Jacaranda Hall at Chandler-Gilbert Community College is a 4,000 SF project that included three classrooms and four offices.  This is the first Green Building Council LEED certified building to open in the Maricopa Community College District.
