Nick Crisci - Founder

Nick has been in the construction industry for over 35 years as a Senior Operating and Management Executive. He possess a unique blend of leadership, vision and broad-based experience.  He started his career in New York City as a carpenter in 1983 as a member of the Local Union 531. Since his early days, he has been involved in building over $1 billion in major projects. Nick moved to Arizona in 2001, building in the valley for 18 years.

Robert provides leadership and oversight for the day-to-day operations for all construction and  project management  activities.  Robert develops and implements NFC Contracting Groups policies and procedures.
Robert began his career as a project intern for a large general contracting company in Phoenix and quickly worked his way into a high level management position. Working in both the field and office environments, Robert has a vast understanding of construction projects.

In his role he fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. 

Nicole helps create NFC’s overall vision, mission, values, growth and strategic goals. She manages and runs all the finance activities, human resources, subcontractors, client relationships and office organization at NFC. Nicole’s previous experience includes successfully running a business for over 10 years and was responsible for all accounting, customer service and strategic planning for the company. Her forward thinking and bright personality have helped NFC plan for the future.

Siobhan has been in marketing for 15 years, eight of which have been in the construction industry. She is responsible for leading NFC Contracting Groups professional brand and marketing strategy. She manages the company’s digital content, proposal design and presentations and enjoys building relationships with clients.

Siobhan holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Communications from Arizona State University.
